Must Have
3 or more years of professional experience in a similar role within a 5-star hotel, Degree or Diploma in Culinary Arts, Good knowledge of English, Deep understanding of kitchen operations and standard specifications, Ability to respond effectively to a range of different work situations, Excellent communication skills and a pleasant, client-oriented personality
Nice to Have
A second language (French, German, Russian, or Italian) is a plus
What You'll Do.
Overseeing an assigned kitchen section to ensure efficient workflow and maximum productivity
Preparing all menu items consistently according to standard product specifications
Assisting the Chef de Cuisine in maintaining Ella Resort’s premium policies and procedures
Monitoring and controlling operating costs by actively reducing food waste
Maintaining flexibility to support various kitchen sections as required by the Executive Chef
Fostering a positive environment to maximize team morale and performance
