What You'll Do.
prepare food items per guest orders of consistent quality following recipe cards
prepare food items per production
and presentation standards
complete mis en place and set-up station for breakfast
and/or dinner service
sanitary work environment
prepare food items to order on the line
prepare starting items made ahead of time
maintain and properly clean kitchen equipment
date all food containers and rotate as per policies
ensure all perishables are kept at proper temperatures
check pars for shift use
determine necessary preparation
freezer pull and line set
note any out-of-stock items or possible shortages
return all food items not used to designated storage areas
cover/date all food items
assist in setting up plans and actions to correct any food cost control issues
loss and usage per policies
