What They're Looking For.
Must Have
3 to 6 years of experience in CRO, Growth, or Performance Marketing, Demonstrated success in improving conversion metrics with measurable results, knowledge of consumer psychology and online decision-making, Hands-on expertise with A testing platforms (VWO, Optimizely, etc. ), Hands-on expertise with Analytics tools (GA4, Mixpanel), Hands-on expertise with Behavior tracking solutions (Hotjar, Clarity), Ability to link data with user behavior and business outcomes, High ownership mentality and a bias toward execution
Nice to Have
Experience in D2C or e-commerce, especially in health, wellness, or supplements, Familiarity with the Shopify platform, Understanding of retention channels such as Email, WhatsApp, and SMS, Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS to accelerate experimentation

This role is designed to **systematically enhance the value we gain from each visitor**. ### **Your Responsibilities** This is not a support role; this is a **revenue-driving role**. You will be responsible for: * Website Conversion Rate (CVR) * Landing Page Performance * Add-to-Cart Rate * Checkout Completion Rate * Revenue per Visitor (RPV) * Identifying funnel drop-offs and leak points Your efforts should directly contribute to **top-line revenue growth without increasing ad spend**. **Work Scope** ### **1\. Funnel Analysis and Issue Diagnosis** * Chart the entire user journey through: * Paid Ads → Landing Pages → Product Detail Pages → Cart → Checkout * Spot friction points at every stage * Analyze behavioral drop-offs by using: * GA4 / Mixpanel * Heatmaps (Hotjar / Clarity) * Session recordings * Go beyond surface metrics to uncover root causes ### **2\.
