What You'll Do.
develop conversational flows
prompts and AI interventions
develop and improve prompts
build conversational logic
set up experiments that increase conversion
test and refine prompts
identify opportunities for improvement in existing conversations and translate them into concrete actions
set up A/B tests and growth experiments within the digital purchase process
analyze results and actively share insights within the team
improve existing service and sales flows
align with UX and IT to embed conversational steering correctly in the customer journey
