What They're Looking For.
Must Have
5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML, product development, computational linguistics, or a closely related field, 2+ years of hands-on prompt engineering experience in production LLM systems, Demonstrable experience decomposing complex prompts into modular, chained architectures, Experience designing or significantly improving LLM evaluation frameworks, familiarity with frontier commercial LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, etc.), Advanced proficiency in English, both written and spoken, French is also required
Nice to Have
Experience working within or alongside healthcare, clinical, or life sciences domains is a asset, Proficiency in Python or another scripting language for building eval pipelines or prompt tooling is an asset, Experience with self-hosted or open-weight models is an asset

Audit and re-architect prompts
Lead selection of language models
Own quality of AI-generated outputs
Evolve evaluation framework
Establish systematic approach to validation
Design and implement new prompts
Collaborate with GenAIOps
Develop understanding of clinical workflows
Stay current on LLM landscape
Contribute to internal documentation
Mentor future prompt designers
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Working closely with product designers; Working with developers; Working with QA; Working with client-facing teams; Collaborate with the GenAIOps; Communicating AI quality concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Communication Scope
Advanced proficiency in English; French is also required; Communicate nuanced AI quality concepts
