Applicants must have clear and effective verbal communication skills, be capable of organizing and leading small group discussions and activities. Ideally, applicants will be current McGill students. A brief training session and guidelines will be provided before the program begins. Availability of at least 3 hours from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. (Monday to Friday), for a total of approximately 45 hours.
