basic understanding of electricity, basic understanding of electrical systems, basic understanding of motor control systems, basic understanding of process control instrumentation, 480 Volt 3 Phase motor switchgear, 120 Volt control systems, PLC systems, 4-20mA analog instrumentation, troubleshooting, repairing, preventive maintenance, install, repair, and calibrate instrumentation, install, repair, and configure process control equipment, variable speed AC drives, analog valve positioners, PLCs, I/O modules, install conduit and wiring, use a PC and required software to view PLC Ladder Logic, general maintenance knowledge, ability to work in any area, spot problems with mechanical and electrical systems, perform corrective repairs, keep operator and maintenance logs, write Work Orders, order parts, complete PM routes, enter equipment history, perform corrective or emergency maintenance checks, correct problems promptly, execute Preventative Maintenance activities, develop effective work plans, develop enhanced preventative maintenance plans, mechanical aptitude, electrical aptitude, work independently, work in a group setting, proficient in all sanitation practices, proficient in food safety practices, ability to work weekends, ability to work shift work, ability to work overtime, ability to work any shift, ability to work all days of the week, work well with others, maintain a positive attitude, ability to read and comprehend instructions, ability to read short correspondence, ability to read memos, ability to write clear correspondence, ability to write concise correspondence, ability to write legible correspondence, ability to effectively present information, ability to understand equipment drawings, ability to understand schematics, ability to understand diagrams, ability to understand operating instructions
