Must Have

Associate's degree or equivalent, Three years field experience, Working knowledge of Microsoft Products, Working knowledge of Computers, Valid driver's license, Universal EPA certification

Knowledge of BACnet, Knowledge of LonTalk, Familiarity with networking applications, Experience with Trane, Experience with Tridium, Experience with Teletrol building automation, Experience with Johnson Controls, Experience with Schneider, Experience with Honeywell, Experience with Siemens, Experience with Distech

What You'll Do.

Provide technical checkout

Provide owner training

Assist subcontractor coordination

Complete assigned tasks

Provide assistance with Controls Service

Participate in controls service on call

Communicate job status

Configure end devices

Calibrate end devices

Create site databases

Program site databases

Verify system performance

Examine communication Links

Examine Local Area Networks

Troubleshoot communication Links

Troubleshoot Local Area Networks

Provide technical assistance to subcontractors

Identify BAS problems

Diagnose BAS problems

Identify system problems

Analyze system problems

Diagnose system problems

Ensure documentation procedures are followed

Maintain accurate project notes

Ensure project database is backed up

Ensure graphics database is backed up

Provide remote access information

Serve as direct customer contact

Develop customer relationships

Maintain customer relationships

Enhance customer relationships

Provide on-site Owner Training Classes

Provide technical support to associates

Maintain company equipment

Maintain company hardware

Comply with OSHA standards

Comply with site safety standards

Comply with Brady safety standards

Participate in ongoing training
