What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Five (5) years of progressive operational experience in HVAC services, Three (3) years of experience in management role with responsibility for the productivity and development of others, Johnson Controls Metasys experience
Nice to Have
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business or equivalent working experience, Eight (8) years’ experience in an operational HVAC role with leadership responsibilities, Six Sigma Green Belt
