What You'll Do.

Ensures safety compliance.
Develop training curriculum for customers and internal team members
and deliver engaging courses to support learning and performance.
Supervise and provide leadership for assigned teams.
Ensure developmental plans are in place.
Lead the execution efforts of assigned business.
Ensure consistency of delivery systems.
Monitor and supervise business plans.
Coordinate the team’s work with sales to ensure all sales opportunities are supported
including linkage to installation opportunities.
Raise potential market opportunities to the attention of the appropriate branch or regional resource for strategic direction.
Ensure serviced account portfolios achieve growth
maintain proper profit levels
and deliver customer satisfaction.
Recommend and support staffing requirements for the assigned business.
Serve as a communication channel to share standard process strategies and results
