Oversees day-to-day activities of field technician team
Plans monthly technician routes
Analyzes team performance
Recommends changes for profitability
Maintains customer satisfaction
Ensures safety compliance
Supervises and provides leadership for assigned Teams
Ensures developmental plans are in place
Leads execution efforts of assigned business
Ensures consistency of delivery systems
Monitors and supervises business plans
Coordinates team's work with sales
Raises potential market opportunities
Ensures serviced account portfolios achieve growth
Recommends and supports staffing requirements
Serves as communication channel for process strategies
Implements plans to comply with HVAC standards
Monitors standards for HVAC operations
Audits operations effectiveness
Makes changes to improve performance
Ensures contractual obligations are completed
Drives service and installation operational review meetings
Reviews bids and estimates for accuracy
Applies branch workforce and management
Analyzes operations processes
Provides recommendations for improvements
Implements managerial responsibilities
Prepares and delivers performance expectations
Ensures consistent level of coaching
Works with team leaders for workforce and skill levels
Performs duties related to customer satisfaction

Coordinates the team’s work with sales to ensure all sales opportunities are supported; Works with team leaders to ensure proper workforce and skill levels
Communication Scope
Serves as a communication channel to share the standard process strategies and results enables SSNA vision; Prepares and delivers clear performance expectations, performance reviews, and development plans for direct reports teaming with the appropriate matrix functional manager; Ensures a consistent level of coaching, which includes monthly one on one(s), operational and financial reviews
