Company vehicle, tools, and equipment provided to complete all jobs, On site customer interface

What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Three years of industry experience, five years of experience in servicing electronic and or mechanical systems in HVAC, HVAC controls systems, facilities management systems, site preparation, peripheral equipment installation and servicing techniques, PC experience required, ability to program HVAC related software

What You'll Do.

Conducts preventive maintenance

Installation of systems

Commissioning of systems

General servicing of systems

Troubleshooting of systems

Mentor mechanical technicians

Complete project documentation

Complete service documentation

Diagnoses and repairs complex control systems malfunctions

Test and write modifications in multiple languages

Provides sketches for engineering corrections

Communicates with customer

Meets regularly with customer

Promotes the sale of add-on work

Manages assigned work

Reports problems or changes to management

Interfaces with branch manager

Adheres to safety standards

Provides safety awareness

May provide training to customers

Delivers manuals and documentation

Compiles job documentation

Conducts extensive self–study

Completes certifications

How You'll Work.

Team & Collaboration

Mentor's mechanical technicians on building automation activities; Interfaces with branch manager, service manager, service project manager, or subcontractors on projects to coordinate activities

Communication Scope

Effective interpersonal skills; Ability to explain technical information to technical and non-technical people; Communicates with customer upon arrival and before leaving the work site; Keeps customer informed on the nature of service provided

Process & Methodology

Manages assigned work to meet professional execution of time
