What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Minimum of 2 years Commercial Controls troubleshooting experience in the HVAC industry, Vocational School program graduate or associate's degree in a technical field, or two years’ experience in servicing electronic and or mechanical systems, Demonstrated ability to install and/or service electronic control systems and HVAC equipment, Effective communication skills to represent Johnson Controls on customer sites, Possesses the ability to explain technical information to technical and non-technical people, Demonstrate effective writing skills as well as understanding of programs and software applications, Knowledge of control theory, automatic temperature controls, building automation systems and other building subsystems

Conduct preventive maintenance

General servicing of systems

Deliver manuals and documentation

Assist in design and configuration

Create sequence of operations

Create bill of material

Assist in developing and testing software programs

Compile and complete project as built documentation

Compile and complete project close-out documentation

Assist in coordination and creation of drawings

Assist in coordination and creation of equipment schedules

Track delivery of materials

Assist in loading controllers

Assist in commissioning controllers

Assist in validation of complete system functionality

Troubleshoot problems with subcontractors

Troubleshoot problems with other trades

Provide field change information

Keep management informed of job progress

Keep JCI contractor informed of job progress

Keep customer informed of job progress

Assist in performing site-specific training

Participate in release meeting

Provide recommendations and solutions

Provide quotes to support recommendations
