What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Software Programming, IT or Networking background, electrician or HVAC Technician experience, construction or service, or HVAC industry, control theory, automatic temperature controls, building automation systems, other building subsystems, integration of low voltage building sub-systems, LON, BACnet, relate technical knowledge to a non-technical audience, computer skills, HVAC sequence programming, IT Infrastructure, Network troubleshooting, safety standards
Nice to Have
Bachelor's degree in engineering, minimum 1-2 years' experience, associate's degree in HVAC or electrical, 2-4 years' experience

Service & repair HVAC systems

Develop software programs
Perform commissioning
Solve building control systems
Provide service reports
Create sequence of operations
Create bill of material
Create network layouts
Create electrical schematics

How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Communicate problem resolution to customers, Sales and Service team and subcontractors; Keep management and JCI contractor or customer informed of job progress and issues; Engage with customers; Communicate with the JCI contractor or customer upon arrival and before leaving the work site
