What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Vocational School program or an associate degree in electronics, mechanical systems, computer technology, air conditioning or similar field plus three years of industry experience in servicing electrical, electronic and/or mechanical systems in the HVAC industry, Understanding of HVAC systems, sequence and applications, Demonstrated technical aptitude in mechanical and electro-mechanical fields, Able to use hand, power tools and electrical testing equipment such as a multi meter, Solid knowledge base in use of personal computers, Attention to detail, Good communication and listening skills
What You'll Do.
Perform HVAC Control systems troubleshooting
commissioning and preventative maintenance
Respond to service and warranty calls
Provide front line technical and repair support
Provide system repair and or update recommendations
Solve building inefficiencies
Resolve service-related items
Load Johnson Controls field and network level controller software
Perform commissioning and system diagnostics
Complete administrative tasks

Be part of an expanding team; Be a dedicated member of a North America Branch team; Keeps management and JCI contractor or customer informed of job progress and issues; Engage with customers; Communicates with the JCI contractor or customer upon arrival and before leaving the work site
