5+ years controls management, 6+ years general contractor management, 5+ years managing deployment of electrical and mechanical controls systems, Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent engineering science plus 10+ years of relevant controls experience, OR 14+ years of relevant controls experience in lieu of a degree, Experience working with cross-functional teams to deliver complex construction projects, 5+ years directly managing, mentoring, leading, and coaching teams of controls professionals, 5+ years hiring, promoting, disciplining, and developing teams of controls professionals, 6+ years controls management of large, complex projects involving large-scale mechanical, electrical, and controls systems, Experience leading Controls in manufacturing or complex industrial environments
Nice to Have
Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or other engineering science, 8+ years directly managing, mentoring, leading, and coaching teams of controls professionals, 10+ years project management and vendor management experience, 4+ years data center system-level architecture and electrical engineering principles, 4+ years data center system-level architecture and mechanical engineering principles, Experience designing data centers or critical MEP infrastructure, Certified as a Professional Engineer (PE), Prior AWS/Amazon experience, 5+ years military service

The Data Center Capacity Delivery team is looking for exceptional individuals to join our organization as a Controls Manager, responsible for the building management systems and electrical power monitoring system (BMS/EPMS) deployment and service within Amazon data centers.
