An important competency in this position is to research, test, implement, and analyze for effectiveness improvements for system and process. Writes and edits machine control programs to interface process equipment to safely operate production equipment (i.e., program light guards) and avoid malfunctions. Conceives of, plans, designs, develops, and implements new systems and/or processes. Defines scope, plans, organizes, leads, directs technical work for new and existing processes and systems.
