Must Have
5+ years in finance controlling environment, Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance or engineer with experience in finance, English level B2+/C1
Nice to Have
experience in Hub / service delivery, Pharmaceutical and public accounting experience, Commercial Finance and Gross to Net, TM1 and SAP experience
What You'll Do.
preparing budgets and forecasts
supporting monthly closings
executing core financial planning and analysis activities
and transitioning processes toward more efficient and centralized models
high quality and compliant delivery of services related to the budgeting and forecasting as well as closing and reporting
ensure that this end-to-end service is highly efficient
high quality and agile
ensure business continuity while in parallel identify and support processes that are subject to be centralized and automated
properly implement the FinOps core model and RACI
Manage workload arbitrating planning and priorities
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
collaborates with multiple stakeholders across Service Delivery, Service Management, and Design Authority; Create a culture of cooperation with the other team members in the Hub and FBPs while ensuring a smooth interface & communication to the relevant stakeholders of the businesses; Support FinOps delivery and service management teams, country FBPs and other relevant stakeholders; Participate to ad hoc projects and works within Hub team

tracking projects, supporting global transformation initiatives related to finance operations aligning to the Global core model, support the implementation of these key projects within the operations, Participate to ad hoc projects
