What They're Looking For.
Must Have
5+ years of relevant experience in financial controlling, FP&A, or related finance roles, Experience managing compliance (SOX, statutory, audit)
Nice to Have
Background in pharmaceutical/healthcare or multinational corporate environment is an advantage, Exposure to France scope and fluency in French is a plus to effectively interact with local stakeholders
What You'll Do.

Align planning processes with FP&A

Coordinate cross-functional expense reviews and ensure P&L consistency
Lead sanity checks at legal entity level for France
including personnel costs
Ensure consistent application of the Corporate Functions ContOps core model
Monitor delivery quality and highlight risks or inconsistencies
Support definition and tracking of KPIs and performance indicators
Contribute to harmonization initiatives across Corporate Functions ContOps
Support the adoption of Group-level projects and ensure smooth integration into day-to-day operations
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives: process optimization
and best-practice sharing
Feed Global Process Owner (GPO) organization with insights on pain points and best practices
Ensure adherence to financial policies and procedures
Support audit / internal control requirements and regulatory compliance
Anticipate risks in cross-functional processes and propose mitigation measures
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Serve as a key coordination point for interactions with France stakeholders (CFO and neighboring functions including A2R, P2P, People Services…), ensuring effective communication and alignment on priorities; Build working relationships with FP&A, Global FBPs, local finance teams, and global project owners; Facilitate collaboration across hubs and function teams, ensuring seamless delivery of cross-function initiatives; Ability to influence and align cross-functional teams without direct authority; Collaboration & influence: Skilled at working across functions, geographies, and cultures

This newly created position contributes to core delivery streams, including the design and deployment of closing & forecast instructions and templates, and the execution of global improvement initiatives (e.g., HC Smartsheet, PowerBI, iShift deployment, Accrual Engine, Commitment reports, etc.).
