What You'll Do.
Own finance process delivery for India
Coordinate with Controllership
Drive continuous process improvements
Partner with FP&A and Finance teams
Align team on USGAAP and Stat reporting
Assist with ERP implementation
Own wing to wing Finance matters for India
Improve operational processes
Ensure development of Financial reporting
Deliver reporting and analytics
Support external and internal audits
Support Stat / Tax needs
Drive process improvements on Stat
Identify process gaps
Improve operational processes
Ensure timely preparation of month-end closing
Ensure timely preparation of quarter-end closing
Ensure timely preparation of year-end closing
Develop processes around balance sheet visibility
Detect material matters
Drive 100% reconciliation of balance sheet accounts
Escalate material matters
Ensure accounting processes align with regulations
Respect confidentiality in data handling
Develop partnership between Controllership and FP&A
Leverage Income Statement and Balance sheet
Support ERP implementation
Deliver on ERP improvement projects
Support Global Controller / CFO / FP&A
Support ad-hoc projects

ROLE SUMMARY Under the leadership of the Global Business controller, we are hiring a Controllership Manager in India to lead wing to wing Finance operations including budgeting, forecasting, finance operations, Monthly, quarterly and yearly Finance Closing and Reporting, Banking/Treasury and cash management, Controllership, Stat audit and compliance with Tax in India for the India legal entity.
