What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Experience with Salesforce, D365, Microsoft Power Platform, or similar finance/CRM ecosystems, Hands-on experience implementing LLM-supported workflows (prompt/playbooks, guardrails, evaluation, adoption measurement), Experience in high-growth, hardware+software, or multi-element arrangement environments, Experience in a role that required rapid context-gathering in stakeholder meetings and guiding non-technical teams to technical solutions, Demonstrated project/program management capability: scoping, planning, execution, stakeholder alignment, and delivery, Excellent written and verbal can translate between Finance, technical teams, and business partners, Sound judgment around governance, risk, and controls when introducing automation/AI
Nice to Have
Experience supporting Revenue Accounting (ASC 606) strongly preferred, CPA or BS in Accounting/Finance or related field is a plus
