What They're Looking For.
Must Have
10+ years of relevant accounting or financial leadership experience, Expert understanding of accounting, financial statements, and internal controls, Advanced Excel skills, experience with major ERP systems, Strong communication, leadership presence, ability to collaborate across functions, Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and drive outcomes independently
Nice to Have
CPA, Home or Health Care Industry Knowledge
What You'll Do.
Lead financial oversight and operational accounting
Driving financial accuracy
Strengthening internal controls
Improving process efficiency
Partnering directly with operations to enable profitable growth and best-in-class service
Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting
Lead the month-end close process for operations
Prepare and analyze financial statements
and operational dashboards
Maintain key reporting metrics
Ensuring the company complies with state and federal regulations
and remediate internal control gaps across field operations
Standardize accounting practices and procedures
Oversee controls related to payroll
and authorization levels
Assist with conducting performance evaluations
ERP implementations and system integrations within field operations
Prepare audit schedules
support tax and sales tax reporting requirements
Serve as a subject matter expert for Accounting
partner with Operations leadership on performance optimization initiatives
