8–12+ years of progressive accounting experience, Experience managing close processes in a multi-entity or global environment, background in operational accounting and team leadership, Experience working with ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP), Proven ability to drive execution in fast-paced, complex environments, organizational and communication skills

Execution-oriented leader with technical well-suited for either an operational-leaning or technical-leaning profile, Comfortable managing high volume and complexity, Able to prioritize, escalate, and move work forward quickly, people manager who can drive accountability without over-reliance on coaching

How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Partner closely with Controllership (technical accounting); Ensure all accounting processes are well-coordinated across teams (US, SRL, and future LA team); Partner closely with Revenue Operations (AR / invoicing), Finance leadership, and international teams (Italy / France); Ensure alignment between operational activity and accounting outcomes; Coordinate with external auditors; Partner with Controllership on accounting conclusions and technical translate guidance into practical workflows
Communication Scope
organizational and communication skills; Provide clear direction, prioritization, and accountability across the team; Establish operating cadence (weekly reporting, issue tracking, escalation)
Process & Methodology
Drive process improvements and standardization across entities, Support automation and system enhancements to improve efficiency, Ensure documentation and controls over accounting processes
