Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, CPA license required, Minimum of 8 years of progressive accounting experience, At least 3 years in a leadership or supervisory role, Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), Proficiency with accounting software and ERP systems, Proven experience in a small to mid-size organization, Working knowledge of NetSuite required

This role leads the development and implementation of accounting policies, internal controls, and financial procedures to support the company’s strategic objectives. The Controller & Director of Accounting manages the accounting team, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure high performance and professional growth. They collaborate closely with executive leadership to deliver timely financial insights that drive informed business decisions. Ultimately, this position ensures the integrity of financial data and supports the organization’s long-term financial health and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate brings a blend of technical accounting expertise, operational rigor, and business partnership skills. This is a Full-Time, remote position.
