Controller

Safe Software is looking for a Controller to join our growing Finance team. We have an immediate opening and are excited to find the right candidate to join our team. As a Controller, you will be the financial backbone of Safe Software’s accounting operations - taking full ownership of financial reporting, compliance, and accounting process design across a growing global organization. You’ll report directly to the CFO and lead a team of AR/AP coordinators, with accountability for building and scaling a high-functioning, AI-enabled function. This is more than a technical accounting role. We’re looking for an impact player - someone who brings deep IFRS and Canadian GAAP expertise and pairs it with genuine enthusiasm for automation, AI enablement, and change management. You’ll own NetSuite, drive process transformation, partner with RevOps and SalesOps on revenue recognition, and serve as a trusted strategic advisor to the CFO.
