Position Summary:   Under the general direction of executive leadership, the Controller is responsible for leading the company’s accounting operations, financial reporting, and internal control structure. This role ensures accurate financial data, compliance with GAAP and company policies, and provides critical analysis to support strategic decision-making. The Controller partners with project management, operations, and executive teams to drive financial excellence and operational efficiency across the organization. ## What You Will Do Oversees the daily operations of the accounting department, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, job costing, and fixed assets. Directs the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP for credit and private equity reporting including bank certifications, management analyses, outside tax preparation and other reporting documents. Analyzes financial performance against budgets and forecasts, identifying trends and variances that impact company results. Leads the month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring timely and accurate completion of reconciliations, accruals, and reporting deliverables.
