What They're Looking For.
Must Have
7+ years progressive accounting or finance experience, 2+ years leadership or supervisory experience, knowledge of GAAP, knowledge of IFRS, knowledge of financial controls, knowledge of close management, Hands-on experience with NetSuite, Hands-on experience with SAP, Hands-on experience with Oracle, Hands-on experience with QuickBooks Enterprise, Hands-on experience with ERP systems, Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills, financial analysis and reporting experience
Nice to Have
CPA credentials, ACCA credentials, MBA credentials, Previous Controller or Finance Manager experience, ERP implementation or M&A integration exposure, SaaS industry experience, professional services industry experience, real estate industry experience, Experience with Power BI, Experience with Tableau, Experience with Looker, Experience with dashboard reporting tools

### **🚀 Controller (FP &A + Financial Reporting + Team Leadership + GAAP/IFRS)** **Full-Time Remote | U.S. Business Hours** ### **💼 About the Role** We’re hiring an experienced and hands-on **Controller** to lead accounting operations, financial reporting, compliance, and close processes for a growing business. This is not a bookkeeping-only role. This is a leadership position for someone who can: * own the numbers, * lead accounting operations, * strengthen financial controls, * mentor accounting teams, * and provide executive-level financial insights. You’ll work closely with: * leadership, * FP&A, * auditors, * operations, * and finance teams to ensure the company maintains: * accurate books, * strong controls, * clean reporting, * and scalable financial operations.
