What You'll Do.
Maintain accurate financial reporting
Maintain internal controls
Prepare monthly financial reports
Prepare monthly close package
Verify and pay gross receipts taxes
Conduct daily review of holding account report
Complete monthly management spreadsheet
Compile attachments for Executive team
Keep and reconcile Owner's personal accounts
Review settlement spreadsheet
Review bookkeeper's tasks
Initiate ACH transactions
Verify status of checks
Execute internal bank transfers
Maintain firm's budget
Conduct quarterly budget reviews
Assist Firm Administrator
