What They're Looking For.
Must Have
four-year degree, 5 years experience with progressive supervisory responsibility in a related field, experienced with computerized accounting systems, proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
What You'll Do.
Prepare plant monthly and annual financial results in an accurate and timely manner
Prepare analysis of financial and operating information as required
Prepare the annual business plan and quarterly forecasts
Conduct internal auditing procedures
Participate in APQP and PDP events and complete assigned tasks as required
Ensures that the principles of the Magna Employee Charter
the Corporate Constitution and Operational Principles are practiced
Responsible and accountable for the Employee Opinion Survey (EOS) results
Thoroughly train new associates
correct or commend associate’s health and safety performance
and conduct adequate performance appraisals by evaluating an associate’s safety performance
Ensure a safety business plan is created and adequate funds are earmarked for safety related needs
Conduct quarterly reviews of workers compensations costs
Provide necessary information to safety rep to aid in lost time accidents and yearly reporting requirements
Administers and ensures compliance with the Quality and Material Management System requirements as outlined in the policy manuals
Other duties as assigned
