JOB DESCRIPTION FOR WEBSITE At Healthee, we're transforming how people make the most of their health benefits. We're looking for a Controller to own end-to-end accounting, build scalable financial infrastructure, and serve as a strategic partner to leadership as we grow. Responsibilities: * Own all aspects of accounting end-to-end (US GAAP) and lead the monthly close process. * Design and implement scalable accounting systems, workflows, and internal controls. * Prepare consolidated financial statements and lead external audit processes. * Partner with the VP Finance to deliver financial insights that support strategic and operational decision-making. * Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax obligations. * CPA-qualified with a strong command of US GAAP and a background in audit. * Proven track record managing a full monthly close cycle, from journal entries to financial statements. * Experience in a SaaS or high-growth technology environment strongly preferred. * Familiar with multi-entity group structures and intercompany accounting. * Advanced working knowledge of Camprfire or equivalent ERP. * You have built or significantly improved a finance function in an early-stage environment. * Comfortable with automation - whether scripting, workflow tools, or partnering with engineering. * Strong communication and collaboration skills across functions. * Highly detail-oriented and deeply intolerant of inaccuracy.
