About the Role As our Controller, you will be the financial backbone of a fast-scaling, multi-clinic healthcare organization. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will build and own the accounting and financial operations infrastructure that supports everything we do in the field. You will report to our Vice President of Finance, serving as a trusted partner responsible for ensuring financial accuracy, operational control, and scalable systems as we expand. This is not a back-office reporting role, it is a build-and-scale leadership role. You will upgrade and build upon the financial foundation that allows our clinicians, operators, and leaders to move faster with confidence.
