Finni Health is seeking a Controller to build and lead the accounting function for a rapidly growing healthcare MSO. We're revolutionizing ABA clinics by helping providers grow their businesses while delivering top-tier patient care. ABOUT THE ROLE This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for establishing a scalable accounting infrastructure in a complex, insurance-driven environment. The Controller will own the integrity of financial reporting, ensuring that revenue, AR, cash, and payroll accounting are accurate, repeatable, and fully reconciled. This role will work closely with Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), Finance Operations, and Executive leadership to create a reliable financial foundation as the company scales through its next stage of growth.
