Most importantly, RHINO’s exhibit humility, as in order for the business to succeed here, it takes EVERYONE! **Do YOU have what it takes to be a Diamonds Direct RHINO??** **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Oversee all accounting operations including Credit Card/Financing A/R, A/P, GL, Inventory Accounting, Treasury Management, and Revenue Recognition * Manage and supervise accounting staff; mentor and develop team members to ensure departmental growth and performance * Ensure timely and accurate period, quarterly, and annual financial closings * Responsible for all payroll-related GL activity * Manage all Intacct/GL related updates/changes and custom reporting needs * Prepare and present financial statements in accordance with GAAP * Develop internal control policies, procedures, and compliance protocols * Coordinate and manage annual audits and liaise with external auditors and Signet’s Internal Audit team * Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports and forecasts * Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulatory laws and rules for financial and tax reporting * Oversee Sales Tax compliance with applicable states * Oversee the implementation and optimization of accounting systems and tools **POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:** * Bachelor's degree in accounting or similar Finance field * 7+ years of practical accounting experience in a corporate setting * Proficient use of Excel and other Microsoft Office tools * Previous retail or jewel
