If you’re looking to do impactful work alongside a high-performing team, we invite you to join us. ## POSITION PURPOSE The Controller will lead the Accounting function, overseeing all core accounting operations while ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of financial reporting. This role partners closely with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to deliver financial insights, strengthen internal controls, and support strategic decision-making. The Controller will also drive the development of accounting policies and processes, lead month-end and year-end close, and build and mentor a high-performing team. ## RESPONSIBILITIES Oversee all accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable, fixed assets, and treasury functions. Design, develop, and implement accounting policies, procedures, and best practices. Work with IT to develop, maintain, and enforce appropriate internal controls. Lead month-end and year-end close processes for corporate and subsidiary books in accordance with US GAAP. Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements, management reports, and variance analyses. Support budgeting and forecasting processes with accurate financial data and insights. Serve as the liaison between the accounting team, founders, and other internal departments, as well as coordinating external audits.
