How This Role Makes A Difference Care Access is seeking a detail-oriented and agile Control Tower Specialist to support our nationwide asset monitoring and issue resolution infrastructure. This role serves as the central operational liaison for real-time oversight of clinical research assets—including Mobile Site Vehicles (MSVs), refrigeration systems, medical equipment, and environmental controls—critical to decentralized clinical trials. The ideal candidate brings strong situational awareness, operational composure, and service-minded communication to ensure smooth functioning and responsiveness across field and internal teams.
