[Why Join Us | DuPont Careers](https://careers.dupont.com/us/en/whyjoinus) **Control Systems Technician – Process Automation** This role supports manufacturing operations in a multi-process facility consisting of high-speed packaging operations and mixer / batch-based process systems, ensuring automation and process control systems operate safely, reliably, and in compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements. The Control Systems Technician provides site-level technical ownership for process automation and control systems. This role is responsible for coordinating automation work requests, managing external automation vendors, troubleshooting complex control system issues, and enforcing process control operating discipline. The position plays a critical role in equipment reliability, defect prevention, and operational performance by ensuring automation changes are executed correctly and consistently. This role requires a high level of technical judgment, organization, and accountability.
