Control Systems EIT role, Experience designing Control Systems, Schematics and loops experience
Nice to Have
Professional Engineer license within six months, Controls and Cybersecurity Section/Team lead, Previous work experience with A&E/Consulting Engineering firm, Master's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
What You'll Do.
Integrate into Controls and Cybersecurity design team
Introduce Integration Services into the Area
Coordinate control system staff workload
Review control systems documents
Write and edit specifications
Select equipment and devices
Develop SCADA / Control Systems construction documents
Coordinate with affected disciplines
Incorporate agreed-upon changes
Make decisions on design and engineering procedures
Supervise and develop staff
Provide construction contract administration
Lead or support SCADA and network Master Planning
Travel to client facilities
Assess and document current state
Participate in design review meetings
Lead planning meetings with client
Lead development of preliminary engineering reports
Recommend and develop solutions
Serve as Engineer of Record
Interface with specialists
Lead selection and specification of instrumentation
Lead specification of control panels
Lead specification of network equipment
Lead development of control system construction documents
Participate in system testing
Participate in commissioning activities
Coordinate with project manager
Coordinate with section manager
Update workplans for staff
Track budget performance
Track schedule performance
Participate in joint scoping
Participate in proposal development
Plan applied technology solutions
