What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Master's Degree in Engineering or other STEM disciplines, experience in control system design, software design, software development, Previous experience in an equivalent engineering position, Experience in highly complex control systems in industrial, automotive, medical, or aerospace sectors, experience in control software verification and validation activities, Proven experience with system engineering principles, requirements engineering, Model Based System Engineering (MBSE), Model-based Design (MBD) methods, tools, validation & verification principles, DOORS, SCADE, Matlab\Simulink, Synergy, Python, NPSS, C++, Fluency in Italian and English, Documented exposure to the Regulation & Standard, Proven experience in multinational companies, Solid oral and written communication skills, Italian only Citizenship, Work Visa, according to local regulation

As Control Software Design and V&V Engineer you will be part of the Embedded System and Technologies organization and will contribute to the design, development, verification, validation and certification of control software for safety-critical systems. You will support the full development lifecycle, from requirements definition and architectural concept development through software verification, validation, integration, and certification activities, in alignment with company processes and applicable aerospace standards including DO-178C. You will work with cross-functional teams with a high level of ownership of embedded software and control system development, contributing both to control system design and to software V&V execution, while supporting technical reviews, audits, issue resolution and project delivery. # **Job Description** _**Essential Responsibilities**_ * Identify, analyze, and consolidate control system requirements by applying control theory and mathematical modeling * Define, develop, and validate architectural and functional concepts at system and subsystem level to implement the identified requirements
