Must be proficient in Siemens PLCs **Job Responsibilities:_The following duties are normal for this position. These are not to be construed as exclusive or all inclusive. Other duties may be assigned and required._** Evaluate and make recommendation on new and existing equipment updates Troubleshoot programming failures and makes adjustments as necessary Set up new programs, PLC ladder logic, robot interfacing and documentation Implement improvements in cycle time of robotic welding and assemblies Train personnel in the use of robots and PLCs Follow and support Magna Body & Chassis and Magna’s operating principles Exemplify a Safety First approach by obeying safety rules and procedures, wear PPE at all times and immediately address all safety concerns. Promote an environment where zero injuries is the expected standard Support quality and environmental policies Support efforts to achieve department and plant goals on Employee Opinion Survey Work with vendors and/or contr
