What They're Looking For.
Must Have
At least 2 years of experience in credit, collection activities, or financial analysis within a B2B environment, Working proficiency in English and Spanish, High analytical and problem-solving skills, Proven role-specific execution mindset, Demonstrated ability to perform both detailed quantitative and qualitative analyses, Comfortable working under pressure and handling repetitive tasks in a fast-paced, changing environment, Proficiency in Google Drive (specifically Google Sheets filters, pivot tables, and formulas)
Nice to Have
Experience using Hubspot, Metabase, or Zendesk, Independent analytical skills using SQL or Python, Ability to create clear flowcharts and presentations to communicate risk findings, Basic Portuguese or a desire to learn it, A good sense of humor
What You'll Do.
Verify that all prospects comply with legal
and risk assessment requirements
Manage onboarding processes
credit score validation
and credit origination
Analyze customer financial conditions and assess creditworthiness for B2B clients
Propose credit limits based on risk analysis and financial health
Review and challenge first-line credit risk models to ensure accuracy
and implement process improvements
Support credit bureau audits and operational improvement initiatives
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Collaborate closely with the Sales team to address customer credit needs while maintaining risk standards
