What They're Looking For.
Must Have
4+ years of experience in controls or panel design, programming, and implementation in an industrial environment, Experience with electrical design software (e. g. , AutoCAD Electrical, EPLAN), Solid knowledge of Electrical PID control, and motor control principles, Ability to read and interpret complex electrical schematics and technical documentation, Basic knowledge of IEEE, UL508 and NFPA70 standards, Basic understanding of industrial communication protocols (e. g. , EtherNet/IP, PROFINET, Modbus TCP/IP), Excellent problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail, Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required
Nice to Have
Ability to travel to other Hitachi factories when required
What You'll Do.
and implement advanced controls and monitoring panels for Power transformers
Develop and refine detailed Controls design
including hardware and software specifications
Create and maintain comprehensive electrical schematics
and control panel layouts
Develop and support functional testing plans for new control cabinets
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for existing control panels
Prepare detailed technical documentation
including functional specifications
test plans and work instructions
Participate in design reviews
Ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations
