WHAT YOU WILL DO As a Contracts Associate, you'll step into the dynamic intersection of law and business, where no two days look quite the same. You'll work alongside a small but talented team that will invest in your development from day one. Every contract is a new puzzle, and every puzzle is a chance to grow. This role is perfect for someone who is energized by figuring out how things work, asking good questions, and finding cleaner ways to do them. - Learn to Draft and Refine: With guidance and structured training, you'll prepare, send, and help negotiate contracts — updating language for clarity and relevance using modern tools like Salesforce, Ironclad and AI. We'll teach you the platforms; you bring the curiosity. - Get the Quote Right: Our contracts team prides itself on being expert navigators of Salesforce, making sure every opportunity is set up correctly from the start. You'll learn to verify that quotes accurately reflect what the customer is buying — so customers receive the right entitlements, our Services teams know exactly what to deliver, and Billing and Finance have clean, reliable information on which to invoice and report.
