Experienced Contracts Procurement Agent **Company:** The Boeing Company **Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA)** is currently seeking a **Contracts Procurement Agent (Level 3 or 4)** to join the **Forgings Contracts** team located in **Everett, WA.** **Position Responsibilities:** * Leads contracting activities including negotiation of pricing and contract terms and conditions. * Prepares and executes negotiation strategies resulting in contractual documents and binding agreements. * Interprets and enforces contract terms and conditions. * Participates in supply chain process improvement teams and identifies improvement opportunities for potential integration into supplier contract strategies. * Owns and manages the business relationship with the supplier **Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):** * 5+ years of experience working with Supply Chain, Procurement and/or strategic sourcing * 5+ years of experience negotiating & executing contracts * 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint * Strong interpersonal and communication skills * Must be able to work independently and mentor teammates Must be willing to travel domestically & internationally as needed * **Conflict of Interest:** Successful candidates for this job must satisfy the Company's Conflict of Interest (COI) assessment process **Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):** * Bachelors degree or higher in Supply Chain Management, Finance or relevant Business field * 10+ years experience in the above categories * Must be willing to travel domestically & internationally as needed **Drug Free Workplace:** Boeing is a Drug Free Workplace where post offer applicants and employees are subject to testing for marijuana, cocaine, opioids, amphetamines, PCP, and alcohol when criteria is met as outlined in our policies. **Pay & Benefits:** At Boeing, we strive to deliver a Total Rewards package that will attract, engage and retain the top talent.
