We are seeking a motivated Contracts Negotiator to join our Government Contracts team. This role will support contract lifecycle activities for U.S. Government defense programs, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance and performance. Roles and Responsibilities * Interface with government and prime customers on routine contractual matters. * Review and analyze RFPs/RFQs for compliance and risk; prepare proposal documentation and pricing support. * Negotiate contract terms and conditions under supervision, including delivery schedules. * Support Cost or Pricing Data (Truthful Cost or Pricing Data statute; formerly TINA) requirements, sweeps, and certifications; coordinate fact‑finding and DCAA/DCMA interactions. * Review contract modifications and maintain accurate records. * Assist with contract closeout and reporting requirements. * Guide internal stakeholders on contractual interpretation, risk posture, and change management. Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field * 3+ years of government contracting experience, specifically Department of Defense (Department of War) * Working knowledge of FAR, DFAR, and TINA/CCOPD * Must be a U.S. Citizen * Ability
