Must Have

TS/SCI Security Clearance, 10+ years of experience in Government Contract Management, Experience working with FAR, DFARS, Agency regulations, ITAR, etc., Experience in generating and negotiating complex proposals/contracts, Experience with T&M, Fixed Price and Cost Type Contracts., Effective Negotiator, Team Player with excellent interpersonal skills, Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, or Project), B. S. / B. A., Organized and systematic approach to task management that enables timely closure of actions.

Nice to Have

Masters degree, Experience with CostPoint, Experience with rate structures and pricing strategies

What You'll Do.

Provide leadership in every aspect of the contract lifecycle

Drive solutions that help solve critical missions

Responsible for activities associated with proposal development/submittal (90% of time)

Responsible for contract management/administration on multiple assigned contracts (10% of time)

Work independently with minimal oversight

Research compliance issues

Interpret regulations

Formulate recommendations

Engage in customer interface during all phases of contract performance

Assist the sector Vice President in achieving their financial and performance goals and objectives

Participation in advance planning discussions of new business

Assist internal customers in establishing high-level contract strategy

Driving implementation of strategic contract opportunities

Teaming and non-disclosure agreements

Proposal cost volume and pricing development

Contract negotiation and contract administration to ensure proper contract attainment and implementation of contract requirements in accordance with company policies

Support Subcontracts and Purchasing personnel by providing compliant procurement processes

Ensure appropriate flow down provisions are support project accounting functions regarding maintenance of contract files

Develop negotiation strategy and lead negotiations on complex contractual issues.

Champion contract policy and procedure revision and improvement

Provide contractual advice and recommendations to identify
