Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, Law, Engineering, or related discipline, Minimum 5–10 years’ experience in contracts/commercial management within infrastructure, transportation, rail, or engineering consultancy sectors, understanding of consultancy agreements and major forms of contract, Experience managing payment applications, variations, claims, EOTs, and commercial negotiations on large-scale projects, Excellent drafting and contractual correspondence skills, commercial awareness and ability to manage multiple stakeholders, Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including commercial trackers, reporting, and data management, reporting and analytical skills with the ability to present clear commercial updates to management, Ability to work independently and support multiple projects simultaneously
Nice to Have
FIDIC experience preferred, Experience working in the Middle East region is preferred
