What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor’s/master’s degree in civil engineering, Construction Management, Law, or related field, Proven experience in contract management and commercial roles within road and infrastructure projects, Proficiency in contract administration, claims management, and dispute resolution, Excellent negotiation and communication skills, financial acumen and cost-control expertise, Ability to interpret legal documents and contractual obligations, High attention to detail and problem-solving abilities, Proficiency in MS Office and project management software, 5+ years of relevant experience in Railway infrastructure projects, 5+ years of relevant experience in Operations & Maintenance (O&M) contracts, 5+ years of relevant experience in Claims and dispute management, Hands-on experience with FIDIC/railway standard contracts
Nice to Have
Prior experience in Metro Rail / High-speed rail / Freight rail O&M projects is highly desirable
