We are hiring for a Contracts Manager professional who will develop, analyze, evaluate, review contracts to ensure alignment with business and legal requirements for customer facing contracts. Contracts Manager will gather appropriate approvals per Delegation of Authority and ensure contractual obligations are flowed down to the business. Contracts Manager will help review and draft non-disclosure agreements as well as contracts for products and services. The Contracts Manager will participate in Integrated Project Management Plans across product lines to help support the business and mitigate risk as applicable.
