In this dynamic role, you will apply your contract expertise as you identify and evaluate data and drivers. **Responsibilities** * You will analyze and review complex Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and RFP responses, as needed * You will review, prepare and draft complex vendor, business associate agreement, non-disclosure agreement, provider, and/or physician contracts including, and compliance with relevant state and federal laws, the Joint Commission, and CMS in accordance with company policy, and specifications * You will perform and sometimes leads contract negotiation and manage contract administration * You will provide both strategic and tactical support to the leadership and business teams **Requirements** * Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA), Law degree (JD), or Healthcare Administration (MHA) * Minimum two (2) years of directly related experience developing, implementing, operating or maintaining analytics for contract processes and/or business support required * Healthcare experience preferred **Why MultiCare?** **Rooted in the local community** Partnering with patients, families and neighbors across the Pacific Northwest for more than 140 years. **Growth and education** Competitive tuition assistance, award-winning residencies, fellowships and career development to invest in you. **Well-being and support** Genero
