ICF is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to lead a team of contract administrators in a growing and dynamic group with a broad client base in state, local and commercial contracts, with occasional federal contracts. The ideal candidate will have management experience, a great attitude, a keen eye for detail, be flexible, and willing to think “outside the box”. He/she must be comfortable with 1) customer interaction, 2) working with geographically diverse internal/external customers and management, 3) have extensive experience independently leading the development of and responsibility for business/price proposals, 4) performing hands-on contract administration, and 5) managing a team of contracts administrators. The candidate will have the opportunity to work with senior management in the department as well as company-wide leadership teams. This position can be based out of any ICF office in the United States with the requirement that you will need to work primarily East Coast business hours. This position is 100% Remote in the 48 contiguous United States. Candidates in the Reston, VA area will be on a hybrid schedule at our corporate headquarters. Infrequent travel to other ICF offices or customer locations may be required. **Key Responsibilities:** * Ability to independently handle multiple proposals negotiations, contract award and administration of the resultant contracts in a fast-paced environment. * Establish effective working relationships with senior account leaders and program team members.
